Our basic birthday party package includes 15 kids. Check with your center for party package options and cost for additional kids.

KidStrong offers birthday parties for kids aged 1-11. Guests 3 years and younger must have an adult (18 or older) on the floor with them.

You are welcome to bring in your own decorations and food/drinks (total flexibility).

Gratuities for our coaches are not expected or required but are always welcome and appreciated.

Yes, any kid that is on the floor counts towards the party count.

Any participant on the floor, 18 and under, must have a signed waiver. When you book your party, we will give you a link where you and your guests can sign the waiver ahead of time.

If the kids are under 3, a parent needs to be on the floor, for kids older than that, please check with the center on parent policy.

Our coaches will check in all guests and ensure that a waiver has been completed. Once checked in, kids can join the coach on the blue floor for explore time. When the majority of the guests arrive (typically 5 minutes after party start time), or when the party parent is ready to begin, the coaches will begin the games on the blue floor. Blue floor games and activities will take about 70 minutes and the remaining party time will be for food/cake.

To ensure you get the date and time of your party, we recommend at least 1 month in advance.

The deposit amount will vary depending on the location of your KidStrong center. Check with your local center for party deposit prices. Deposits are applied to your remaining balance at the end of your party. You can book your party online at any time.

Yes, you can pay for the party balance ahead of time by contacting your KidStrong center. Keep in mind, a final headcount will take place the day of the party and additional kids will be charged the day of the party.

All party deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Check with your KidStrong center for the full cancellation policy.

Yes. When you finalize the booking of your party you will need to complete the party agreement before your party is confirmed.

The link to our waiver form is always easily available on our website. You will also receive a link to share with your guests in your part confirmation email. It is recommended that your guests complete the waiver prior to arrival.

No. Non-members are welcome to host parties at KidStrong. Check with your KidStrong center on the perks of becoming a member.

After booking your party, your center will get in touch with you about the optional add-ons available for parties.
